Sri K. Durga Prasad, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh proceeding.

Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
