HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P. No.20 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed to transfer F.C.O.P.No.1527 of 2014 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Wife filed this petition. Other side filed counter disputing the affidavit averments of petitioner. As seen from the affidavit, the main ground for transfer is that as petitioner prefers Family Court, Hyderabad, therefore case has to be transferred from Ranga Reddy to Hyderabad. Though the matter is under the caption 'for admission' and adjourned on the request of advocate for petitioner several times, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case. Advocate for respondent is present.

3. Considering these aspects, this transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
