On 22.09.2016 when the matter was listed, there was no representation and again on 06.06.2017 none appeared for the petitioner. When the matter is posted today, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions to argue the matter as there was no response from the petitioner. But, the learned Counsel did not issue any notice to the petitioner.

In view of the reluctance of the learned Counsel to argue the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
