HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No. 26727 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Sajid Ali, son of the petitioner. The main prayer itself indicates that the petitioner's son has been arrested and produced before the Magistrate. She has further prayed for setting him at liberty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner's son has been arrested in connection with some crime and he was produced before the Magistrate and is presently in judicial custody.
