/ "This Review application is filed to review the order, dated 29.11.2022 passed by this court in W.P.No.36973 ol 2O14. Heard both the parties.
Learned counsel for the review petitioner had contended that the review petitioner is qualified to be appointed as Physical Education Teacher (pET). The subject writ petition filed by the p€titioner was disposed of along with the batch of cases and in the operative portion, there was no discussion raised in respect of PETs. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner had contended that let appropriate orders be passed in the review petition by directing the State Government to consider the case of pETs. On the other hand, learned Government pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that appropriate orders can be passed. I This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by both the parties, is of the view that the Review Petition can be disposed of directing the State Government to consider the case of PETs also while filling up the vacancies, if the petitioner is coming within the zone of consideration. With the above said observations/ directions, this Review application is disposed of."
