THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21955 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both parties and with their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, hearing the unofficial respondents may not be necessary. 2 . The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"t o issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the official respondents for correction of revenue records by way of removing the names of the unofficial respondents from wakf properties agricultural as well as non-agricultural in Survey. Nos.4985, 508, 524, 90 and 10 situated at Bhainsa village and Mandal, Adilabad District extent of Acs.02-39 guntas, Acs.17-08. guntas, Acs.32-26 guntas, Acs. 33-17 guntas and Acs.27-29 guntas being notified wakf properties as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of articles 14, 16 and 300-A of the constitution of India besides in violation of principles of natural justice, consequently consider the representation made by the petitioner to the official respondents dated 02-05-2016, 16-05-2016, 29-02-2016, 14-06-2016."

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that in spite of giving number of representations, till date respondent authorities have not taken any action.

4. Though the learned Government Pleader for Revenue denied the allegations made, but, however submits that if such representations are still pending consideration, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above and without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 02.05.2016, 29.02.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, at the earliest, after hearing all the aggrieved parties. Needless to mention that, if necessary, respondent No.6 shall take assistance of revenue authorities and other officers concerned while considering the representations.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
