When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 18-4-2012 in W.P.M.P.No.14046 of 2012, the case of the petitioner was considered and an order was passed on 16.08.2012. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
