Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for the 3rd respondent, submits that the lis involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, and for the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017, the impugned proceedings, issued by the 1st respondent in File No.3054/0147/W15/2019 dated 02.11.2019, are set aside and the 1st respondent is directed to reprocess the application of the petitioners herein for grant of building permission in terms of the Memo No.2252/M1/2017 dated 28.04.

2017, and also G.O.Ms.No.251 Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Plg.III) Department dated 14.10.2019, pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
