THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35318 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in investigating the case in FIR No.527 of 2011 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

2. A counter affidavit is filed by the Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, stating that Crime No.527 of 2011 was investigated, and charge sheet was filed on 22.11.2012 against Accused No.1 before the concerned Court and in view of non-involvement of A2 to A4 in the case, their names were deleted from the charge sheet.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
