THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10111 of 2015 ORDER:

Apprehending arrest in an unregistered crime on the file of the Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2 filed this Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail. Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no such case is registered against the petitioners, however, a case in crime No.278 of 2015 under the caption of 'Man Missing' was registered on the basis of a complaint given by the daughter-in-law of the petitioners, about her husband, and in that case the police called the petitioners to know the whereabouts of the husband of the de facto complainant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad is directed to release the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2 in the event of their arrest, on their execution of personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety for the lime sum each to the satisfaction of the above said SHO. After their release, the petitioners are directed to report to the above said Station House Officer, on every day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. for a period of (10) days.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J October 07, 2015.
