HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.10450 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri Y. Raveendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable him to take appropriate proceedings against respondents 7 and 8 before the Civil Court. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for. It is also made clear that the withdrawal of the Writ Petition shall not preclude the writ petitioner to approach this Court seeking permission so far as inaction on the part of the official respondents is concerned.
