Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent Authorities in not permitting the Petitioner to take up regular agricultural activities and forcing him to vacate the land belonging to Petitioner as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently declare that the Respondents cannot take away use the land belonging to the Petitioner in R.S. No.311/1, 311/2, Malkapuram Village, Eluru Mandal, West Godavari District without acquiring the same as per the Act 30 of 2013 or deprive him of the land in any manner.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 15-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.S. Murthy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Asst. Govt.
