Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that the subject matter is settled out of Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
