This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not re-engaging the petitioners as MPWA (M) on outsourcing/ contract basis in terms of G.O.Rt.No.388, dated 23.07.2015, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of G.O.Rt.No.388, dated 23.07.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for respondents.

Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioners is already pending for consideration before the respondent authorities by way of representations dated 07.01.2015 and 04.02.2015, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 07.01.2015 and 04.02.2015 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
