This Appeal is filed by the Appellant - Insurance Company, challenging the order and decree, dated 03.11.2010 in OP.No.604 of 2006 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunalcum - I Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar. Learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 08.04.2017, and hence, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said award passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the above submission, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
