HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7885 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner/A-1 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.179 of 2019 of P.S. Matwada, Warangal District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner/A-1. The first bail petition has already been rejected by this Court on merits on 31.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.4289 of 2019. No new grounds, whatsoever, have been assigned to entertain this petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-1 and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
