Sri U.D. Jai Bhima Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in the light of the proceedings dated 24.01.2016 issued by the University of Hyderabad withdrawing the order dated 16.12.2015, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication on merits.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
