THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2620 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent not effecting the promotion to the petitioner by strictly adhering the statutory rules as illegal, void and arbitrary and to pass such other necessary orders. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 09.06.2005.
