It is reported by the learned counsel for petitioner that the orders of this Court are complied with and a copy of the order dated 01.01.2016 passed by the Joint Collector/Chairman, District Purchase Committee, APSWR School/Jr.Colleges, Chittoor District, has been placed on record.

In view of the above, Contempt Case is closed and the respondents' stands discharged.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
