M/s. M.N. Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, filed a letter dated 20.06.2016 stating that the matter is settled out of court and the appellants are intend to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
