HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 23731 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not completing the investigation relating to Crime No. 70 of 2012 in pursuance of the complaint dated 07.04.2012 lodged against the accused, as arbitrary and illegal.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 10.09.2014 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anaparthy vide S.R.No. 4309/ 2016, dated 04.07.2016.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
