(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This contempt case is initiated complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35890 of 2013, dated 11-0-3-2014, is not implemented and violated by the respondents in that case. Today, the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh) has produced a copy of the order passed on 30-062015 by the Collector & District Magistrate, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, before us.

Hence, we do not wish to proceed any further in the matter. The contempt case is, therefore, dismissed.
