Sri Gudiseva Narsimha Rao, learned counsel representing Smt.Ch.Laxmi Chaya, learned counsel, would reiterate the request in person.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
