THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7819 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to anticipatory grant bail in Crime No.194 of 2019 on the file of Manuguru Police Station, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 342, 376(2)(i) read with Section 109 IPC and Sections 6 and 17 of POSCO Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. The first bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.9.2019 in Crl.P.No.5365 of 2019. No new grounds or changed circumstances have been averred in the accompanying affidavit, to entertain this Criminal Petition. Hence, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. 5.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
