CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.23371 of 2018 Dt: 24.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce respondent No.5, who is in the custody of respondent No.4, before this Court. In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, respondent No.2 has produced respondent No.5 along with one Anand before the Court. The petitioner is also personally present. Our enquiries with respondent No.5 revealed that she has married the said Anand, who is present in the Court, and that they are happily living together.

Upon hearing what respondent No.5 has stated in the Court, the petitioner submitted that he is no longer interested in taking respondent No.5 with him. As, admittedly, respondent No.5 is a major, she is entitled to live with the person, whom she claimed to have married.
