No. 5-2-4619, Near Laxmi Talkies, Mahabubabad. ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the objection petition of the petitioner filed against the renewal of saw Mill License of M/s. Venkateshwara saw Mill vide license No. 13/2006 at premises No. 6-2-109 at Mahabubabad in the name of the respondents 4 and 5, though they failed to provide any kind of maintenance to the petitioner towards her
monthly maintenance and towards her medical expenditure in terms of the compromise in O.S. No. 50/2008 as settled by Lok Adalath, Warangal, and also in terms of the settlement deed executed by them and further in terms of the order passed by the RDO, dated 0510212019, as illegal, unlaMul, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to renew the above Saw Mill License unless, until the respondents 4 and 5 complied with the above orders of the authorities passed from time to time to provide the maintenance and also medical expenditure of the petitioner.
lA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue interim order directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to renew the Saw Mill License of M/s. Venkateshwar Saw Mill at Mahabubabad vide Saw Mill License bearing No. 13/2006 at premises No. 6-2-109 at Mahabubabad in favour of respondents 4 and 5 by duly considering the objection petition submitted by the petitioner, pending disposal of main Writ Petition.
