THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8095 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.179 of 2013 on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. A letter to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.
