HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7100 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/respondents 2 & 3 seek to quash the proceedings in DVC No. 42 of 2018 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, R.R. District. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners/respondents 2 & 3 without insisting for quashment of proceedings requested this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court in terms of the judgment of this Court in Giduthuri Kesari Kumar vs. State of Telangana1.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel, the presence of petitioners/respondents 2 & 3 in DVC No. 42 of 2018 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, R.R. District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court specifically requires their attendance. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
