Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondents 1 and 2 in conducting the auction of premises at H. No 3-1-94/6, 4th Floor Brindavan Gardens, TS No 1696, Ward No 18, Block No 21, Guntur, A P, 522

006 during the currency of the petitioner's tenancy with respondents 3 4, and 5 and enforcing security interest against the above asset after confirming the auction in favor of 6th respondent for a sum of Rupees Three Chrores and Nine Lacks though the petitioner has given an offer of Four Chrores and pending the disposal of my representations though I am unconnected to the transaction of loan contracted by respondents 3. 4 and 5 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional against the letter and spirit of Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of IREC Norms, and consequently set aside the auction proceedings conducted on 24.6.2016 and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper."

After arguing the case, Mr.Immaneni Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.30278 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J)
