HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 23456 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 21.05.2018 to subscribe the digital signature on Web Land Adangal in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.4.72 cents in Sy.No.7/ 1 of Narava Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) placed on record the written instructions, stating that the respondents could not act on the representation in view of the pendency of appeal before the Commissioner of Appeal, O/ o CCLA, Vijayawada, vide Ref.No.VI/ 98/ 2006. The Government Pleader Heard for Revenue (AP) was not in a position to say as to the nature of litigation, pending before the CCLA and also as to whether the petitioner was a party in the said proceedings.

3) At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware about the pendency of appeal before the CCLA.

4) Having regard to the above and with consent the writ petition is disposed of ad the admission stage directing the Tahsildar-third respondent to deal with the representation, dated 21.05.2018, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
