HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23402 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Mohd.Ghulam Rasool for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ....... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not updating the petitioners names in the revenue records as pattadars, possessors in respect of the lands an extent of Ac.3-30 Guntas in Sy.Nos.129/ 2 situated at Vattinagulapalli village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 16, 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to law......." .

The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions dated 07.07.2018 informs the Court that the 4th respondent will send reply to the representations dated 27.12.2017 and 06.04.2018 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The petitioners, if are aggrieved by reply or any of the proceedings referred in such reply, are given liberty to challenge the same before competent Authority/ Court. The petitioners are entitled to rely on all the documents in their

possession while challenging the reply communicated by respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
