HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.7817 of 2019 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.484 of 2019 on the file of Mancherial Town Police Station, Ramgundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 355, 306 r/w 108 r/w 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A4. Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the aforesaid proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the police concerned to continue the investigation, but not to arrest the petitioners. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police concerned to investigate into the matter, but shall not arrest the petitioners during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency. The police are further directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
