Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not allotting essential commodities to petitioner's fair price shop No.22, Velupuru Village, Atchampet Mandal, Guntur District, as arbitrary and illegal and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to renew the application of the petitioner for authorization. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the authorization of the petitioner is valid upto 31.03.2015 and the application made by him for renewal is pending with the 2nd respondent.

Since the renewal application is pending with the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to supply essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner pending consideration of the renewal application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
