THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL Nos.78 of 2013 and 263 of 2011 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) Since the parties and the issue involved in both the appeals is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. No representation for the appellant. Perused the record. 3.

These two appeals, under Section 19 (1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 are filed by the appellant-respondent No.2 aggrieved by the common order, dated 30.09.2011, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B Nagar, wherein the O.P.No.729 of 2011 filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2-petitioners seeking to declare them as natural guardians of minor child by name Kum Sai Priya and to direct the appellant to give custody of the child to the respondent Nos.1 and 2-petitioners, was allowed, whereas, O.P.No.1259 of 2010 filed by the appellant-petitioner seeking to appoint her as guardian of the minor child Kum Sai Priya @ Priyanka, was dismissed.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject dispute relates to appointment of guardian and entrustment of custody of minor child by name Kum Sai Priya @ Priyanka. The date of birth of Kum Sai Priya is mentioned as 15.10.1998. So, as on today, she is aged about 24 years. She has attained the age of majority. 5.

Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeals requesting to appoint the appellant as guardian and entrust the custody of minor child Kum Sai Priya @ Priyanka to her, do not subsist as on today, since Kum Sai Priya @ Priyanka attained majority.

With the above observations, both the Family Court Appeals are disposed of.
