This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare that the petitioners are entitled for the proportionate compensation in respect of the share of the petitioners to a total extent of land admeasuring to Ac.5-07 guntas i.e., in Sy.No.277 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.02-24 guntas, in Sy.No.278 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.01-00 guntas, and in Sy.No.279 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1-23 guntas, situated at Uppal Bagath Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and consequently, sought a direction to respondent No.3 to allot a house site in lieu of the proportionate compensation amount in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.36, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, dated 22.01.2011.

Heard Sri J.A. Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 - HMDA.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 - HMDA submits that already Awards are

ARR,J W.P.No.26888 of 2019 passed and plots were allotted in terms of G.O.Ms.No.36, dated 22.01.2011.

In this case, it is to be seen that though the petitioners are seeking interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Gazette (Extraordinary) Notification RR.No.150, 152, dt.23.08.2005, the said Gazette Notification is not being challenged in the main writ petition. The main prayer and interim prayer sought for by the petitioners in this writ petition are totally different. Further, no reasons are assigned as to why the petitioners have filed the present writ petition after a long lapse of 14 years of issuance of the said Gazette Notification dt.23.08.2005 and it is also stated that Awards are passed and plots are allotted in terms of G.O.Ms.No.36, dated 22.01.2011. In view of above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
