HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15132 of 2012 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allotting the plots under JNNURM Scheme after displacement for laying flyover from Nunna to Ring Centre, Ramavarapadu, as illegal and void.

This Court by order dated 16.05.2012 directed the respondents to maintain status quo. No counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents till today.

It is clear from the prayer that the petitioners were already displaced and their only request is for allotment of the plots. The petitioners submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court passed an order in W.P.No.1222 of 2012 dated 23.01.2012. 4.

In view of the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
