Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and the learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.5. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to cancel the pattadar passbook fraudulently obtained by the respondent No.6 in respect of the subject land situated at Hasanparthy Village, Hanamkonda District.
Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioners make an application through online in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application through online in Dharani Portal, ventilating their grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondent No.2 - District Collector shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within
a period of eight weeks thereof, duly taking into consideration the letter of the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Hasanparthy, dated 09.11.2021, and putting all the interested parties on notice. Since this Court directed the authorities to put all the interested parties on notice before passing any orders, notice to the unofficial respondents in the present writ petition is dispensed with.
