HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.363, 889, 2693 & 3100 of 2003 COMMON ORDER:

W.P.Nos.363, 889, 2693 and 3100 of 2013 are filed challenging the order of the Labour Court in I.D.Nos.55, 56, 58 and 59 of 1997 respectively.

2. The petitioners were ordered for reinstatement without back wages and continuity of service as per award in I.D.Nos.55, 56, 58 and 59 of 1997 and aggrieved by the direction relating to back wages and continuity of service, present writ petitions are filed.

3. Advocate for respondent Nos.2 and 3 represented that subsequent to filing of these writ petitions, the claim of the petitioners are duly settled by the management granting the benefits claimed and no cause survive.

4. Recording the submission of advocate for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and as the claims with regard to the back wages and continuity of service is settled by the management, no further orders are necessary and the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending in these writ petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
