HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12662 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in withholding the pension and terminal benefits of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to release the pension and terminal benefits of the petitioner. This Court directed the respondents to forthwith release the pension and other terminal benefits to the petitioner, vide orders dated 06.09.2002 in WPMP No.15734 of 2002.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
