THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5453 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.132 of 2015 on the file of the Shameerpet Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 IPC. Heard and perused the records.

The allegation against the petitioner herein is that he along with the others conspired together and created forged documents and thereby committed the offences of impersonation and forgery and other offences. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/A.2 is has not committed any offence alleged against him and he is a law abiding citizen and he is ready to cooperative with the investigating agency and also is ready to comply with any of the conditions that may be imposed on him while granting anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A.2.
