THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22470 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not paying compensation to the petitioner pursuant to the Award Enquiry Notice, dated 06.08.2015, issued by respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that Award Enquiry Notice, dated 06.08.2015, was issued informing her to submit the relevant documents for establishing her right in respect of the subject land and for depositing the compensation amount into the Bank account, and pursuant to the same, she submitted the necessary documents, but as on today, no action is taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation. Since it is stated that the petitioner has already submitted necessary documents pursuant to the Award Enquiry Notice, dated 06.08.2015, it is for respondent No.2 to take further action in accordance with law. Hence, respondent No.2 is directed to take further action in

accordance with law pursuant to the Award Enquiry Notice, dated 06.08.2015.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
