This Writ petition is fiIed in the year 2O07 seeking this Court intervention to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant even though he is fully qualified and eiigible for promotion as illegal, arbitrary and to consequently direct the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had granted interim orders in WpMp.No.29 154 of 2OO7, dated 23.1O.2OO7, to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant I I I t along with aii other eligible candidates as per their eligibility and as per law.

Learned Counsel, Mr.Chakravarthy representing on behalf of learned counsel on record Mr.O.Manohar Reddy, submits that interim orders on 23.1O.2OO7 in
WPMP.No.291 54 of 2OO7 are complied and in spite of the efforts made to contact the writ petitioner' the writ petitioner is not available or responding and submits that the writ petitioner may have been promoted as per seniority as a matter of consequential benefits' 5.
No representation on behalf of the respondents' 6.
This Court is not inclined to go into the merits or facts of the case, in view of the compliance of interim order granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary' The writ petition is disposed of accordingly' There shall be no order as to costs'
