This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.38 of 2017 on the file of Palasamudram Police Station, Chittor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379 IPC and Section 4 and 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation Act), 1957, on various grounds. After arguing the matter for a while, Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.7, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v.
