THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2085 OF 2017 ORDER:

This revision is filed aggrieved by the judgment dated 06.03.2017 passed in Crl.A.No.755 of 2016 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. No representation for the revision petitioners. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present. Heard learned counsel for respondent No.1. Perused the record.

Aggrieved by the order in Crl.M.P.No.2205 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, the Criminal Appeal No.755 of 2016 was filed by the respondent-husband and the same was allowed in part vide impugned judgment dated 06.03.2017 by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad. In the said appeal, the learned Judge was pleased to reduce the interim maintenance from Rs.40,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month. Aggrieved by the same, this criminal revision is filed by the petitioners-wife and children.

The Court of Session while dealing with the matter had elaborately dealt with all the contentions raised on behalf of the respondent-husband. After that the maintenance amount was reduced from Rs.40,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month in favour of petitioners 1 to 3 herein. The order is based on valid reasons. There is no miscarriage of justice. There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order. As such, the revision is liable to be

dismissed. The findings, if any, given in this order will not have any bearing on the final result of the D.V.C. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
