When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Vladimeer Khatoon, learned counsel, appearing for Sri K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
