HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Writ Petition No.25105 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner was considered for admission under the Open Category and was granted admission to the ESI Corporation Medical College. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. However, the respondents have indicated that the admission granted to the petitioner will be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. Since the petitioner was admitted on her own merit, under the Open Category, despite belonging to Backward Classes community, the question of any further adjudication and the admission granted to the petitioner depending upon such further adjudication does not arise. Therefore, making it clear that the admission granted to the petitioner shall be treated as regular, this writ petition is closed without any further adjudication. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
