This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking grant of bail in crime No.118 of 2015 on the file of the Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court and that the bail application of the co-accused was also dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
