The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the third respondent in taking steps for stopping and removal of alleged unauthorized constructions in the subject land. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation as also the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that the fourth respondent was granted building permission vide Permit No.52851/HO/WZ/Cir-12/2016, dated 10.11.2016 and that the allegation made in contra is incorrect. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to assail the building permission granted in favour of the fourth respondent, if he so, advised to do so. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
