HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1456 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the fact that investigation is on its way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall continue to its logical end. However, the police of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A3 and A4 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
