Punem Durga, W/O. Jagadish, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.3744 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner was given notice dated 23-09-2015 by the 3rd respondent requiring her to appear and establish her claim by way of documents. The petitioner states that she has already appeared and submitted her documents. However, the present writ petition is filed alleging that the 4th respondent is likely to be paid compensation by the 3rd respondent ignoring the name of the petitioner. It is apparent from the notice that the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent were given notices under Section 37(2) of the Central Act 30/2013. It appears that no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent so far.
Since the petitioner states that she has already appeared and submitted her documents, the 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate decision on the documents submitted by the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J 08.02.2016 Prv THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR
